1. Product Sourcing:
   - Huda Makeup Studio Ltd. only uses premium products sourced from reputable brands. However, we are not responsible for the ingredients in these products.

2. Allergies and Sensitivities:
   - By engaging our services, you acknowledge and consent to applying skincare, makeup, and makeup products during your session. If you have any known allergies, have experienced allergies in the past, or anticipate any sensitivity to our products for any reason, we kindly advise you to consult with your doctor before scheduling an appointment with us.

3. Refund Policy:
   - We want to emphasize that our company policy strictly prohibits refunds once an appointment or course has been booked and secured. This policy remains in effect regardless of circumstances, including missed appointments or cancellations. Regrettably, we are unable to refund any payments made in such cases.

4. Studio Entry and Guests:
   - Please be aware that children and unpaid guests are not permitted entry into our studio at any time. Furthermore, if you require the presence of photographers or videographers, they must obtain prior authorization from our administrative team. Kindly discuss this matter with our dedicated staff.

5. Punctuality:
   - Please value our team's time by arriving promptly for your appointment. To ensure the smooth operation of our services and accommodate other clients, please arrive five minutes before your scheduled time. Any delays may result in unfinished services, as our team must attend to subsequent appointments.

6. Respectful Behavior:
   - Respectful and courteous behavior towards our team is of utmost importance. Should disrespectful or ill-mannered conduct occur, we reserve the right to ask you to leave without any refund or completion of services.

7. Studio Etiquette:
   - Please refrain from bringing food or drinks into our studio to maintain a clean and professional environment. We are pleased to provide complimentary coffee, water, and snacks for your enjoyment during your visit.

8. Rescheduling:
   - In an emergency requiring rescheduling of your appointment, we kindly request that you notify our team at least 48 hours in advance. This will allow us to secure another suitable date that accommodates both your needs and the availability of Huda Makeup Studio (HMS). Please note that if you reschedule your booking, the new booking period must be within six months of your original booking. Additionally, you will be responsible for covering any price increases.

9. Filming and Photography:
   - If you have consented to be filmed or photographed during your session, please be advised that we hold exclusive rights to the complimentary photos and videos captured. These may be shared on our social media platforms under the supervision of our team. Suppose you wish to reshare these media files. In that case, we kindly ask that you seek authorization from us and adhere to our guidelines, including crediting our team by adding their names and referencing the services provided. It is important to note that by agreeing to be filmed or photographed, you have also permitted us to post the content on our social media channels for promotional or advertising purposes.

10. Makeup Application:
    - Please take note that Huda, our esteemed artist, possesses over 31 years of expertise in the beauty and fashion industry. She will skillfully apply your makeup that complements your unique features and outfit. You are welcome to bring a photo or video as a reference to help convey your desired look. However, please understand that if your request, such as a drastic alteration of dark skin tone to a different shade, makes Huda uncomfortable or is not feasible, she may need to suggest alternative approaches that better suit your natural attributes.

11. Attendance Policy:
    - To maximize your learning experience and receive your certificate upon completion of the course, it is essential to attend all classes in their entirety. Regrettably, if you miss any or all of your scheduled classes, we are unable to provide replacements, and no refund will be applied.

12. Course Cancellation:
    - We reserve the full right to cancel a course, masterclass, or workshop in case of an emergency or if we do not reach our students' capacity. In case of cancellation, participants will receive a full refund.

13. Dress Code and Conduct:
    - It is important that our Students follow the dress code advised by our team for each class's needs. Please be aware that entry to our educator staging area is prohibited at all times, and no photos or videos of our equipment and products are to be taken. If you arrive at class after the starting time, entry will not be granted.

14. Social Media Usage:
    - By enrolling in and attending our classes, you have consented to being filmed and having your images or videos posted on our social media platforms and promotional advertisements. This allows us to showcase the talent and achievements of our students. Should you have any concerns or wish to discuss specific usage or privacy preferences, please feel free to communicate with our team.

15. COVID-19 Precautions:
    - In adherence to COVID-19 precautions, the number of students per course is limited. Our administrative team will provide guidance and inform you of the maximum number of students allowed for each course. This measure ensures a safe and conducive learning environment for all participants.

16. Studio Guests:
    - We kindly request that students refrain from bringing unpaid guests to the course unless our educators or administrative team has granted prior approval. This policy helps maintain a focused and productive atmosphere for all participants.

17. Certificate Recognition:
    - Our certificate is internationally recognized within the beauty industry. This means that individuals who have worked or are currently working in the beauty industry will acknowledge the talent and experience gained from Huda over the years. This recognition can enhance your opportunities to showcase the valuable skills you have learned from Huda through her. Her recognition can be on social media presence or a simple Google search. It is important to clarify that this certificate is not issued by the NZQA or any government ministry of education. It is a private training program offered by Huda and her NZ-registered makeup studio. This certificate enables you to work with clients and retail stores if you have completed your practice and are ready to work with others, provided that the country you are operating in does not require formal educational or legal approval certificates such as levels or diplomas. It should be noted that most countries around the world currently do not have such requirements in place.

18. Mobile Phone Usage:
    - Students are permitted to use their mobile phones during break time. However, it is strictly prohibited to use the camera function or capture photos/videos of fellow students, products, or equipment at any time. It is important to note that any violation of this policy, including recording classes, will result in immediate expulsion from the course without any refund. Students who have completed their course are not to use their ceremony photo at our studio on social media without seeking promotion and crediting us.

19. Client Engagement:
    - Upon successful completion of our course/masterclass/workshop, students are eligible to engage with clients if they wish to do so. However, they are not allowed to provide instruction or teach others until two years of practical experience have been completed after the course.

20. Course/Masterclass/Workshop Scheduling
    - Dates and timings are subject to change based on public and school holidays, the availability of our educator, and reaching the minimum capacity of enrollments. Our team will promptly notify you of any alterations to the schedule before the commencement of your course. Please make sure before you enrol that you are flexible to changes; when your enrollment is secured, refunds will not be applied unless the organization cancels the course.

21. Responsibility and Liability:
    - We would like to remind you of the importance of taking full responsibility for your actions while participating in our classes. By enrolling in these classes and utilizing the equipment provided by us, you acknowledge that there are inherent risks involved.

    - It is essential that you exercise caution and adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines provided by our instructors. While we strive to create a safe learning environment, accidents or injuries may still occur during class, practice, or equipment usage.
    - Please understand that our studio cannot be held liable for any injuries, burns, or other adverse outcomes that may arise as a result of your actions or the utilization of our equipment. We strongly encourage you to prioritize your safety and the safety of others at all times.
    - If you have any concerns or questions regarding safety measures or equipment operation, please do not hesitate to reach out to our instructors. They are here to guide you and ensure that you have a rewarding and safe learning experience.

22. Model Collaboration Terms and Conditions:
    - Thank you for your interest in collaborating with us on a comprehensive package that includes hair, makeup, and photos. To ensure clarity and avoid any potential misunderstandings, we have established the following collaboration terms:

23. Ownership of Media:
    - Please be aware that Huda Makeup Studio Ltd, @hudamakeupstudio, and Huda Fode (@HudaFode) possess exclusive rights to use, or grant permission for the use of, all photos and videos featuring you as a result of our collaboration.

24. Utilization of Collaboration Material:
    - The purpose of these terms is to provide a clear understanding of how the collaboration material may be used. We will ensure that the terms are straightforward to comprehend.

25. Collaboration Material Usage Guidelines:
    - For non-paid collaborations, the model will receive a copy of the completed result photos to be posted on her Instagram page. However, the issuance of these materials is subject to the following conditions:


        1. Tagging and Hashtagging:
            - To use the collaboration material, we kindly request that you adhere to our tagging and hashtagging policy. This entails mentioning and hashtagging the following: "Makeup and photography by @hudafode studio @hudamakeupstudio."


        2. Authorization for Other Social Media Platforms:
            - If you intend to feature our work on any social media platform other than Instagram, we kindly ask that you seek our authorization beforehand.


        3. Crediting and Promotion:
            - You are not permitted to post any photos of yourself wearing our work without providing proper credit to us. Additionally, the promotion of other individuals or brands is not allowed. Should you decide to share photos taken outside of our studio, it is still necessary to mention that it was a collaboration with us, along with listing our accounts and services.


        4. Interaction with Followers:

            - Please note that our models will not respond to any comments on our platform. Whether the comment is good or bad, interacting with our followers might create drama and a less positive approach.


    - Huda Makeup Studio Ltd reserves the right to impose charges for our services if you present the photos or videos obtained from our collaboration under someone else's name, in the event of a change in circumstances and if you wish to remove your collaboration looks, or if you fail to comply with the aforementioned conditions. The charges will be dependent on the hourly rate of our studio and the work we put in.


    - Please note that we hold full rights to all content, including photos and videos, produced as part of this collaboration. As a result, you are prohibited from contacting or mentioning any brands associated with the products we use on you.


    - If you are under the age of 18, it is mandatory that you obtain parental or guardian approval to be included in our modeling list before your appointment. We kindly request that you provide us with a confirmation email indicating that permission has been granted.
